Do you have what it takes to be a foster parent? 

  • The ability to enjoy and have fun with children/youth.
  • Responsibility, maturity, health, capability, and willingness to meet the needs of the children in care while also meeting the needs of your own family.
  • The capacity to set realistic expectations for behavior and performances based upon the abilities and needs of the foster youth. 
  • Adequate income to meet the family's needs outside of our reimbursement to you. 
  • A home setting that is clean, safe, and able to meet the needs of the family.
